Eligibility for Refund:

• Goods must be in good condition.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date (as per our standard Terms & Conditions).

How to request to return:

• Contact the relevant team the goods were ordered from:
  • Tyre Repair: tyrerepair@georgestock.co.nz
  • Equipment: equipment@georgestock.co.nz
• Provide an explanation as to why the goods need to be returned, i.e. incorrect product supplied, faulty, etc.

Refund Processing:

• Goods must be returned to 8 Te Apunga Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060.
• Goods will then be verified they are correct and in good order before a credit can be processed.
• Once processing is complete, you will need to provide your bank account details to accountsreceivable@georgestock.co.nz to receive a credit.
• Payments are actioned weekly on a Wednesday.

Shipping and Fees for Refunds:

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods may be subject to a handling fee upon return.
